This is how the name of the company will be displayed in FM Audit. Please provide both First and Last Name of person that will be the point of contact for your company. This will be the person that all communication regarding DNT's Remote Monitoring will go through. Please provide a number where you will be able to be reached in the event of questions during account set up. If you don't have a preference, please leave blank and the system will auto-generate one when the account is set up. Server 2003, Server 2008, Windows XP, Windows 7, etc. Please provide the subnets in IPv4 format (example: 192.168.1.1-254, 10.1.1.1-254). Please provide all that apply. By providing this information, DNT will be able to turn off the discovery multicast/broadcast.
